Our Largest Immersion Parts Washers

Unlike standard spray cabinet washers, immersion cleaning exposes all surfaces of the part, including blind holes and small crevices, to the cleaning solution. By combining hands-off, total immersion cleaning, easy part load/unload, vertical lift platform agitation and optional Graymills Superflo™ pump jet action, the Liftkleen™ offers the most intensive, efficient immersion cleaning system available. Complex parts, stacked or nested parts are no problem.

The Liftkleen™ L-Series has been proven by years of tough field use in industrial, maintenance, heavy duty truck and automotive repair facilities. These automatic, agitating, immersion cleaning machines are solidly built for long service life. They are available for both heated aqueous and solvent cleaning applications.

Graymills L-Series picks up where the TR and TL-Series machines leave off. Choose from 5 tank sizes designed for larger parts, and heavier components (up to 1,850 pounds). All lift platform components are outside the tank, eliminating the most common reason for failure in many other machines. L-Series Liftkleen™ is the workhorse of today’s manufacturing, maintenance and repair operations. Air filter/regulator/lubricator (FRL) comes standard with all L-Series Liftkleen™ units.
