THE ROBOTS SIT ABOVE THE DUAL TRUNNION ASSEMBLY FACING ONE SIDE OF THE SYSTEM. THE DUAL TRUNNIONS ARE BUILT ON AN INDEXING CENTER COLUMN AND ROTATE 180 DEGREES UNDER THE ROBOTS TO ALLOW FOR WORK LOAD AND UNLOAD ON YOUR FIXTURE ON ONE SIDE WHILE WELDING IS PERFORMED ON THE WORK SIDE OF THE SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM IS HIGHLY FLEXIBLE WITHIN IT'S WORKING RANGE AS THE BOTH THE AC MOTOR DRIVEN SIDE AND THE FREE TURNING BEARING SIDE (TAILSTOCK SIDE) OF THE TRUNNION ARE ADJUSTABLE IN LENGTH. ALLOWING FOR BOTH THE HEADSTOCK AND TAILSTOCK TO BE ADJUSTED APPROX. 1' TO OR FROM THE CENTER LINE OF THE TRUNNION. IN ADDITION ON THE ROBOT TOP MOUNTING PLATE THERE ARE PRE-DRILLED AND TAPPED HOLES ALLOWING THE ROBOTS TO BE REPOSITIONED BASED ON THE LENGTH SET FOR THE TRUNNIONS. THE MAX. CENTER DISTANCE FOR THE TRUNNIONS CAN BE SET TO APPROX. 8' THE MIN. CENTER DISTANCE FOR THE TRUNNIONS CAN BE SET TO APPROX 6' THEY CAN ALSO BE ADJUSTED ANY WHERE IN BETWEEN IN APPOX. 2" INCREMENTS.
